3. Counter-Notification:
If your material has been taken down as a result of a copyright infringement claim, you may provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
a. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
b. A description of the material that has been taken down and its location on our website before it was taken down.
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
d. Your address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Indian Local jurisdiction, e.g., “the state of Maharashtra” and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial notification of infringement.

5. Repeated Infringement:
It is our policy to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers or those who repeatedly violate our DMCA Policy.
